Located in the historic district in Natick, MA, this homeowner wanted to install vinyl siding, but instead we installed James Hardie fiber-cement siding on the front face of the house. We also painted the home, the columns, and trim. -

Quite the transformation! And we were still able to keep to the historic look! -

This large condo complex in Dracut, MA needed a great deal of carpentry repairs. -

At this split level located in Natick, MA we installed Hardi-plank siding, Hardi soffits, cellular PVC trim. We also installed new seamless gutters, added decorative accents, and painted the exterior. -

This condo complex in Newton, MA needed roof repair, some skylights replaced, and painting of the exterior. -

United got involved in this project after another contractor improperly installed rigid insulation and allowed it to be exposed to the weather. We removed all rigid insulation and installed blown-in insulation. We then installed Hardi-plank siding, and cellular PVC trim. We also repaired a lot of the architectural details, and painted the exterior. Did we mention we also replaced the roof? -

This beautiful house in Shrewsbury, MA had problems with its EIFS (basically, it was retaining moisture). We removed the EIFS and made necessary repairs. We installed a combination of Hardi-panel and cellular PVC bead board and painted all of the trim. -

At this home, located in Framingham, MA, we replaced the cedar clapboards with Hardi-plank siding, being careful to maintain detail. We replaced the trim with cellular PVC trim. We also replaced some windows, and a portion of the roof. We replaced some composite decking, as well as mahogany deck flooring. To finish things off, we painted the exterior.
